Construction Services

Can’t recommend Rob and his team highly enough. They’ve just completed a two storey rear extension on our house and not only are they excellent tradesmen but they are also fabulous to work with. Rob answered our questions promptly and honestly at all times and worked with us to ensure that we got the end result that we were looking for. There was full transparency on cost, progress and timescales throughout.Paul’s bricklaying is second to none. Rob and Lee fitted our kitchen and completed all carpentry to the highest specification and with impeccable attention to detail. Fraser and Ashton worked incredibly hard and were a joy to talk to and have on site. We could not be happier with the result and were very grateful for the speedy turnaround towards the end to ensure we were back in when we needed to be.

Rob and the team did a fantastic job converting our bay window. Communication was spot on. So neat and tidy and real attention to detail . Thankyou

Rob, Lee, Fraser and Paul are fantastic. Rob project managed a huge two story extension in Kenilworth for us with a tight deadline. The team were fantastic and all top blokes. Rob was great at keeping neighbours on side and the finish of the house is superb. Couldn’t recommend Baylis Construction anymore, absolutely fantastic!

We can’t thank Rob enough for his incredible help during an emergency situation and subsequent work to rectify the issue on with our roof. He responded quickly, arrived promptly, and immediately got the problem under control with calm professionalism. Rob's workmanship is excellent, communication was clear throughout, and he genuinely went above and beyond to help us when we needed it most.

Superb service from this company, right from the initial contact right through to completion of the work. Although the job was rather unusual (rebuilding parts of a garden wall and re-pointing), owner Rob was confident it could be done. He managed to source bricks that were a perfect match, and they arrived in time for the work to start. Communication was good from the outset, including a personal visit to assess what needed to be done, and followed up by on-going messages via email and WhatsApp. Builder Paul turned up on time the first day, and continued to do so every day until the job was completed, and even took on an additional request to relay some garden steps. He was polite, conscientious and understanding of what was required, and clearly very experienced, and took a genuine pride in his work. Despite the extremely hot weather during a heat wave, he worked steadily throughout, assisted by some shade from a garden umbrella that we were able to provide. The site was left clean and tidy each day, and all waste and rubbish removed. The work was completed to a very high standard, and I can't recommend this company more highly. Brilliant!

Rob and his team were amazing! Very trustworthy, honest and reliable! They did a fantastic job and I am very happy 😊 a big thank you

Fantastic job - really well done. We had broken bricks replaced and repointed as well as the cement under the tiles of our (large) porch removed and redone. The brick layer is a lovely man who was very thorough and careful about everything. I happily recommend them to everyone.

Rob and his team were amazing! It was a big project (front, rear and side extensions) and our house was completely gutted. Rob kept us in the loop about everything, providing regular updates, including photos. The whole build took just over 10 months and was pretty much stress-free as Rob managed the project brilliantly for us. We would thoroughly recommend him to anyone undertaking a project, as Rob and his team are incredibly hardworking, trustworthy and reliable.

Rob and his team converted our loft into a bedroom and bathroom. He kept us up to date and informed at all times. Rob is very organised and good at communication. The job was completed on time and in budget. Any additional items we requested were fairly priced. There was nothing left unfinished or to snag at the end of the project. All round an excellent service. Thank you Rob!
